Professional Biography
Joe joined Blueprint Kentucky (formerly CEDIK)'s staff in April 2016. Previously, he worked as a Workforce Research Analyst for the Commonwealth of Kentucky in the Education and Workforce Development Cabinet. Joe earned a BS in Economics from the University of Kentucky, and he is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Applied Environmental and Sustainability Studies.
